Order Processing & Same-Day Delivery
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST are eligible for same-day dispatch
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Delivery Timeframes Rates
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Flat delivery rate of $6.99, and guaranteed within 72 hours of purchase.
- Ontario (outside GTA): Flat delivery rate of $13.99. Delivery in 2–4 Business days
- Canada (outside Ontario): Flat delivery rate of $26.99. Delivery in 3–6 Business Days
- Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is picked up from our location, you’ll receive a tracking notification from our trusted third-party delivery partner.
- This tracking link allows you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.
- You may leave special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., “Leave at front porch”).
- Meadowloft Hay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier confirms delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our hay. If your order arrives and the hay is not fresh, brown, contains mold, or otherwise does not meet our quality standards, you may request a refund or replacement.
